How the practice is organized

Accounting and financial reporting

Sustainability reporting

How engagements are structured

There is no fixed methodology to buy into. Engagements are sized to the deadline in front of you, and typically take one of four shapes.

• Diagnostic. A short, focused assessment of where the data, process, and controls actually stand against what is required. Ends with a written gap analysis and a sequenced plan.
• Design. Building the target process: data sources, ownership, calculation methodology, review workflow, and the control points that make the output defensible.
• Implementation. Standing the process up, whether that is configuring a platform, building a reporting solution, or rebuilding a close.
• Support. Carrying the first reporting cycles alongside the in-house team, then handing over documentation and training so ownership stays with your people.

What is consistent across all of it

Every deliverable is built to be used rather than presented. Data sources are defined, methodology is documented, review steps are real, and there is an audit trail that stands up when someone external asks how a number was produced. That standard applies to an emissions figure exactly as it applies to a financial one.

Who this fits

Clients are typically public and private companies across manufacturing, financial services, and technology, usually with a controller or reporting lead who owns the outcome and needs senior capacity rather than a team of generalists. Engagements run remotely from Denver, Colorado, with travel where it matters.
